REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for e-content purchases (ebooks, PDFs, online video courses, etc.) made through our website.

Overview

Our refund policy applies only to situations where the purchased e-content (ebooks, PDFs, or online courses) cannot be delivered to the customer. If the content is successfully delivered but the customer is dissatisfied for any other reason, we do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Undelivered Content: If you have purchased an e-content product and have not received the file due to a technical issue or an error on our part, we will process a refund.
  • Proof of Non-Delivery: In case you haven’t received your file, you must provide proof of the issue (e.g., a screenshot, error message, or failed download attempt). Without sufficient proof, we cannot process your refund.

Refund Process

  • If your claim is verified and your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed only for the undelivered content, and only after confirming that the issue was caused by a technical failure on our side.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be considered if the e-content has not been successfully delivered.
  • We are unable to offer refunds if the product is delivered and the issue is due to the customer’s technical limitations (e.g., incorrect download attempts, system compatibility issues).

Non-Refundable Purchases

  • E-content Delivered Successfully: Once an ebook, PDF, or online course has been delivered to you, it is non-refundable.
  • No Returns on Digital Products: As we sell digital goods, there is no return policy on ebooks, PDFs, or video courses. Once you gain access to the product, it cannot be returned.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, we will no longer accept refund requests.
  • Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check your payment account for updates.
  • For any further inquiries, contact your bank or credit card company, as refunds may take additional processing time on their end.
